Lissy Schreier
I have been in the catering industry for many years, starting with a family business in my hometown in Peru. Cooking and making desserts have always been my passion.
I have worked in various colleges at the University of Cambridge, and I joined Murray Edwards College in August 2022.
In addition to being a FOH Supervisor, I am also a writer. My second book is set to be published at the end of March 2025.
