Hi, I’m Joe. I am the Head Chef here at The Cambridge Meeting Space. I lead a team dedicated to delivering innovative and modern cuisine. Prior to my current role I worked as Head Chef at a number of Cambridgeshire hotels and have worked in the industry for 30 years. I enjoy creating seasonal menus that emphasise responsibly sourced ingredients. I am always looking to expand my knowledge; I attended an Indian Vegan cuisine masterclass held by celebrity chef Cyrus Todiwala OBE and encourage my team to constantly expand their knowledge and skills.
